Sonatype is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of security and IT initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with Security, Engineering, Product, and Legal to translate complex requirements into executable plans.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time, scoped outcomes while communicating clearly with leadership and stakeholders in a distributed remote environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical project management in SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional tech/data projects.
• Fluent with security, IT and business teams; understands APIs & data flows.
• Able to plan through ambiguity and set milestones, owners, risks.
• Strong communication for senior leaders; proactive risk tradeoffs.
• AI & automation mindset to optimize workflows.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence/Slack/Google Workspace; distributed remote work.
• Certifications in PMP/CSM/SAFe are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects from planning through completion with detailed plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate across IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Legal.
• Maintain milestones, risks, decisions, and scope changes.
• Host syncs, clear blockers, and manage communications.
• Drive timely resolution of cross-functional decisions.
• Leverage AI/tools to streamline workflows and efficiency.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and procurement steps.
