Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics needs into scalable Manhattan WMS solutions.

You'll lead backlog, API/EDI integration, and end-to-end testing, ensuring reliable supply chain execution and architecture alignment with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manchester Active configurations and architecture.
