Turia GBS is seeking a Talent and Culture Analyst in Medellín to lead onboarding, learning programs and culture initiatives that strengthen employees' capabilities and promote adopted behaviors. You will collaborate with responsible departments to design and manage initiatives.

The role focuses on identifying development needs, guiding leaders, scheduling learning pathways, and measuring impact on employee experience and organizational culture. Hybrid work is offered with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Education in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Communication, or Pedagogy/Education.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) required.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent development, training and employee experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding process, ensuring a positive employee experience and measuring its effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities and assess training and development needs with leaders and operations.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees in training and development initiatives.
• Schedule, execute, and monitor learning pathways and training plans aligned with role profiles.
• Support the implementation and adoption of organizational culture through onboarding, learning, development and change management.
• Assist in designing and executing employee well-being initiatives aligned with culture guidelines.
• Monitor participation, coverage, quality, and effectiveness of learning initiatives via KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Support employee development plans and career path initiatives.
• Manage relationships with training providers and evaluate proposals.
