Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related fields.
• Experience creating competency models, skills matrices, or hiring content.
• Strong information structuring and clear writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write and update job descriptions and role expectations.
• Create structured behavioral descriptors for hiring and training.
