This role involves collaborating with the Learning team to improve how information is accessed and understood. You will maintain and structure Confluence pages, create engaging visual content, and work in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate has experience in content design, proficiency in Confluence, and a passion for knowledge management.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in content design or knowledge management.
• 2+ years managing documentation platforms, Confluence preferred.
• Experience creating visual content like diagrams and infographics.

Responsabilidades

• Administer BairesDev's TA Confluence space and ensure content is up to date.
• Transform process documentation into engaging Confluence pages.
• Create visual content to reinforce understanding of documentation.
