Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Management, alongside strong organizational and communication skills. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in HR consulting or Talent Management.
• Experience creating competency models or hiring content.
• Ability to structure information coherently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain competency models and skills frameworks.
• Write and update job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Collaborate with various HR and Talent teams for consistency.

Conocimientos

Competency model creation

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Written communication skills

Experience with HR teams

Behavioral indicators development

Flowcharting skills
