SLB is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Bogotá to streamline the recruitment process and attract top talent across the business groups. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage logistics for assessments and visas.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruiting, fluent English (Portuguese a plus), and experience with ATS. The role emphasizes compliance, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with university relations and internal stakeholders.

Formación

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• English C1 with Portuguese a plus.
• Familiar with university career fairs and campus outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the hiring process for new recruits, including pre-employment screening, travel, relocation, start dates, security clearances, and visa coordination.
• Coordinate career fairs and university visits.
• Support candidates through the interview process and keep them informed.
• Screen, evaluate and conduct reference checks; maintain requisition and advertising databases.
• Stay up-to-date on recruiting requirements for each business group and function.
• Support staffing for new businesses and cross-Product Line initiatives.
• Maintain employee files and update applicant tracking/system recruiting files.
• Organize logistics for all assessment sessions.
• Assist with coaching and development of new team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and law.
