Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support Spanish South America (SSA) recruitment. The role focuses on coordinating interview scheduling, candidate communications, and data management to drive efficient processes and a positive candidate experience.

Based in Bogotá, the intern will collaborate with the SSA recruiting team, help track progress, support events, and contribute to continuous process improvements while learning about Talent Acquisition in a global consulting

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a university and maintain student status.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR is essential.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support recruitment events and regional initiatives across SSA.
• Track candidate progress and follow-ups through the funnel.
• Maintain recruiting databases and internal systems with data accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for data-driven decisions.
• Support candidate experience initiatives including surveys and feedback.
