Formación

• 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, recruitment, interviews and assessments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Team building and excellent inter-personal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Post, recruit, interview and evaluate candidates for different positions within SBD.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting job pages, universities, agencies and sites to share opportunities.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
