World Business Lenders, LLC is hiring a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and attract high-quality talent to the organization.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong English proficiency, verbal and written.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing across roles and levels.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standard.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
