Sezzle is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to join a fast-growing fintech team. You will help build scalable recruiting practices and ensure a world-class candidate experience while working remotely from Colombia.

The role emphasizes managing the ATS, screening candidates by phone, and supporting events and reporting. A background in HR/psychology and AI tools is preferred to boost productivity.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development.
• Interest in startups.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule and perform phone screens
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
• Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups
• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis
