Edge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support sourcing, screening, and interview execution across TA pipelines. The role reports to the TA Lead and helps maintain a strong candidate pool, including urgent hiring requests (ETR).

You will contribute to smooth recruitment operations and pipeline health by coordinating interviews and updating ATS/CRM records. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of recruiting or HR-related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Associate – supports sourcing, screening, and interview execution across TA pipelines.

This role works directly under the TA Lead – and plays a key part in building and maintaining a strong candidate pool, including participation in ETR (urgent hiring requests).

The TA Associate is responsible for helping maintain pipeline volume, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates across platforms and job boards
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Support continuous pipeline growth across PE, PK, CR and Columbia role

Candidate Screening & Interviews

• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Participate in interviews for ETR (urgent talent requests)
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements and TA guidelines
• Document interview feedback accurately in systems

Recruitment Operations Support

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Maintain ATS / CRM records with accurate updates
• Ensure candidates progress smoothly through the hiring pipeline

Support for ETR Requests

• Assist in rapid sourcing for urgent hiring needs
• Conduct fast-turnaround interviews for ETR candidates
• Help maintain candidate pool readiness for high-priority roles
