Amrize is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Team in Bogotá. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for operations, professionals, and leadership roles while driving sourcing strategies and improving the candidate experience.

In this role, you will develop market mapping, track KPIs, and collaborate with HR and managers to deliver efficient hiring solutions, including SOX Compliance profiles. English B2+ is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment in multinational organizations.
• Proven experience recruiting SOX Compliance profiles, as well as operational, professional, and leadership roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and intermediate Excel; familiarity with ATS platforms
• English proficiency at a B2+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, ensuring quality hires and an excellent candidate experience.
• Recruit talent for operational, professional, leadership, and SOX Compliance roles across the organization.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver efficient recruitment solutions.
• Develop market mapping and talent intelligence reports to support hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and SLAs, using data to improve hiring outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR and Communications.
