Schedule: Monday to Friday – Full availability

NOTE: Candidates residing in other cities in Colombia who are open to relocating to Medellín will receive financial support for accommodation during their first month of stay.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 12 to 18 people, motivating and developing them to reach their full potential.
• Oversee daily program operations, ensuring quality, service level, and staffing objectives are met.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence.
• Communicate key information effectively to keep your team aligned and well-informed.
• Provide constructive feedback to direct reports, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate with departments like Quality, Training, and Recruiting to enhance processes and share best practices.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure world-class service.
• Act as an ambassador of our company culture, embodying our values in every interaction.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our client’s business, earning their trust through expertise and commitment.
• Implement strategies to maintain employee retention at healthy levels.
• Perform other duties as required to support the team.
