Job summary

Safeguard Global in Colombia seeks a senior Talent Solutions Lead to steer recruitment delivery for an assigned RPO client. You will act as the primary contact, partnering with client stakeholders to craft talent strategies that align hiring objectives with workforce plans.

This non-managerial role operates as a player-coach, offering mentorship and subject-matter expertise while actively delivering recruiting results and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure client satisfaction and budget

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, or in-house recruitment.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent consultative and influencing capabilities.
• Experience interpreting recruitment data and turning insights into action.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and talent market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary TA contact for an assigned RPO client account.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights and consult on workforce planning for the client.
• Mentor and share best practices across Talent Solution Partners and Specialists.
• Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and timely reporting of hiring metrics.
