Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Senior Talent Solutions Lead to drive recruitment delivery for an RPO client. You will act as the primary contact, partner with client stakeholders, and guide the recruiting team while remaining hands-on in delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic consulting, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition expertise to meet hiring objectives and budgets. You will influence workforce decisions and coach the team to higher performance.

Qualifications

Experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO or in-house recruitment.
Experience managing senior stakeholders in complex environments.
End-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
Strong consultative and influencing skills.
Ability to translate recruitment data into actionable insights.
Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary TA contact for an assigned client account and project.
Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders.
Provide market insights and workforce planning recommendations to support strategies.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activity for critical roles and manage timelines.
Monitor metrics, ensure SLAs and time-to-fill targets are met.
Coach and mentor recruiters, and support onboarding of new staff.
