Safeguard Global in Colombia is seeking a senior Talent Solutions Lead to drive recruitment delivery for a designated RPO client. You will act as the primary contact, partnering with client stakeholders to define hiring needs, build talent strategies, and execute delivery while coaching peers without direct reports.

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, or in-house recruitment.
• Proven track record with senior stakeholder relationships in complex environments.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines or functions.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret recruitment data and translate insights into action.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, talent market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Able to operate independently while collaborating across teams.
• Fluent in English and ideally additional languages.
• Experience in enterprise or multinational client contexts.
• Experience leading recruitment projects or programmes.
• Exposure to executive, professional, or specialist hiring.
• Experience in RPO, MSP, or outsourced talent solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver TA solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned functions and roles.
• Provide talent advisory and workforce planning insights to the client.
• Act as a player-coach, mentoring and guiding recruitment colleagues without direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and data privacy in recruitment.
