Safeguard Global is seeking a seasoned Talent Solutions Lead to partner with client stakeholders, drive recruitment strategy, and oversee end-to-end talent delivery within a designated account. You will act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic consulting with hands-on recruitment delivery to meet hiring goals and budget demands.

In this player-coach role, you will mentor recruiters, manage complex roles, and ensure continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and data-driven workforce

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, or in-house recruitment.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills.
• Experience interpreting recruitment data and translating insights into action.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, talent market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for an assigned client account, division, or project.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and consultative recommendations to support workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment activity for critical or high-priority roles and monitor service levels.
• Ensure time-to-fill targets, quality metrics, and data accuracy across recruitment streams.
• Mentor and coach recruiting team members to elevate performance and delivery.
