Formación

• Proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience across technical and professional roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
• Maintain communication with candidates and track recruiting activity.
• Assist with offers, onboarding, and documentation in partnership with HR.
