Strong writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of turning complex information into persuasive content.

Qualifications

• Fluent, professional English required for proposals and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in managing RFPs, RFIs, or proposal processes.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication with attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing RFPs, RFQs, and contract documentation.
• Familiar with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and monitor RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and bids through portals and tools.
• Qualify opportunities based on fit, scope, timelines, and alignment.
• Lead intake, coordination, and distribution of RFPs.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal content for clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate COI and supporting documents; track amendments and questions.
• Manage multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer RFP systems, maintain content libraries, and log opportunities in Salesforce.
