An established BPO service provider is seeking a Proposal Content Specialist in Colombia. In this role, you will manage and optimize proposal content across various tools, ensuring alignment with company messaging. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in content management, strong writing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A familiarity with responsive proposal management platforms is required. This position offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in proposal/content management in a BPO environment.
• Proven strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in real time with a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the proposal content library effectively.
• Write and edit engaging, client-focused content.
• Collaborate with proposal managers to identify content gaps and develop new content.

Conocimientos

Proposal or client-facing content management

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Fluent in English
