Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Strategic Bid Coordinator to lead cross-functional pursuit teams for large global and multi-country opportunities. You will develop win strategies and manage the end-to-end tendering process across the Xerox portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Architects, Commercial Management, and Service Delivery to ensure high-quality proposals, strict deadlines, and effective governance. A university degree, bid management experience, and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience with ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels.
• Bid management experience is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and experience navigating complex, high-risk pursuits.
• Experience selling value propositions at the C level.
• Collaborate and lead effectively within a matrix environment and coach others.
• Working business fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual cross-functional deal teams from pursuit through contract award, signing, and handover to transition.
• Develop compelling win strategies and best-in-class proposals, coordinating responsibilities and ensuring clear, high-quality messaging.
• Develop and manage bid project plans and schedules to meet internal, partner, and customer deadlines.
• Lead robust business case development, contracting risk management, commercial viability reviews, and contingency planning.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to the bid management knowledge base.
