Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce, resource planning, operations, or scheduling management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, forecasts, and reporting tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure, adapt quickly, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resource Distribution & Planning team, ensuring efficient day-today operations.
• Oversee the allocation of resources across projects, shifts, and business units to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor staffing capacity and proactively address forecast variances, potential shortages or productivity increase opportunity.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, WFM, and other stakeholders to align resource planning with business priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership on resource utilization, scheduling performance, and forecasting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency, workforce distribution, and planning.
