Job summary

Genius Sports is seeking a Resource Distribution & Planning Team Lead to oversee scheduling operations, capacity planning, and workforce efficiency across our teams. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and forecast needs, ensuring timely coverage and productivity.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to strategic workforce planning in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in workforce planning or scheduling management.
Strong leadership and people management in fast-paced environments.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with stakeholders and present data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Lead the Resource Distribution & Planning team and oversee daily operations.
Oversee allocation of resources across projects, shifts, and units.
Monitor capacity, forecast variances, and address shortages.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, WFM and stakeholders to align planning with priorities.
Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership on utilization and forecasting.
Identify process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and distribution.
