Job summary

Genius Sports Group in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Resource Distribution & Planning Team Lead to oversee scheduling operations, workforce allocation, and capacity planning across our teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to optimize scheduling, monitor capacity and forecast variances, and provide data-driven insights to leadership while driving process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resource Distribution & Planning team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the allocation of resources across projects, shifts, and business units to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor staffing capacity and address forecast variances, shortages, or productivity opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, WFM, and other stakeholders to align resource planning with business priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership on resource utilization, scheduling performance, and forecasting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency, workforce distribution, and planning.
