Job summary

Solvo Global Careers is seeking a Manager of People Operations to own and optimize HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, compliance, employee relations, training, and recruiting operations. Located in Medellín, Colombia with a Hybrid work arrangement and a standard weekday schedule.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, administer HRIS/PEO platforms, develop training, support recruiting workflows, and create efficient SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
• At least 2 years owning and improving HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and/or PEO platforms.
• Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, employee records management, and compliance.
• Experience handling employee relations and HR documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and process-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer HRIS and PEO platforms while maintaining accurate employee records.
• Manage training programs, completion tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support recruiting operations, job postings, candidate workflows, and hiring approvals.
• Create, maintain, and improve SOPs and HR processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
