The role requires 3–5 years in business analytics or development, with experience in managing direct reports, and a strong command of Power BI and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/administration/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics or business development.
• Experience in managing direct reports is a plus.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Python is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret market data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Prepare and analyze Nielsen and third‑party data for trends and performance.
• Create depletion/shipment/inventory analyses and support sales forecasting.
• Evaluate product performance and pricing to optimize margins.
• Review monthly P&L components and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support regional and country objectives with data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with department heads to maximize output.
