Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Analytics and BI to join the Global Operations Centre. You will design and maintain interactive dashboards, produce reports, and support campaign measurement frameworks while ensuring data quality across Power BI, Datorama, and Tableau.

This role requires strong SQL/Python skills and expertise in ad-tech data, with collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Data QA.
• Advanced, hands-on Power BI experience; familiarity with Datorama, Tableau, or Looker is valuable.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of software QA methodologies and data pipeline testing.
• Familiarity with ad-tech/digital platforms (Google Campaign Manager, DSPs).
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration in onshore/offshore model.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science or equivalent experience.
• SQL, Python or ETL scripting is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP BigQuery, Dataflow; AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports reflecting campaign performance.
• Support campaign measurement frameworks and KPIs with reliable benchmarks.
• Manage reporting playbooks, calendars, and milestones.
• Design and execute test plans and automated validation scripts for accuracy.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across Power BI, Datorama, Tableau and sources.
• Support data governance and taxonomy adherence for paid media data.
• Define requirements for Data Operations and Data Engineering teams.
• Coordinate timelines and communicate progress, risks, dependencies.
