SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, FP&A Insights & Analytics to transform financial data into actionable business insights. You will optimize planning, forecasting, and reporting processes and develop advanced analytics solutions using Power BI and other visualization tools.

Collaborating with FP&A, Operations, and Technology teams, you will ensure reliable data, scalable models, and impactful reporting aligned with business strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in FP&A, Business Finance, or Analytics.
• Expertise in Power BI including DAX, dataflows, and modeling.
• Experience with Qlik, Looker, or other analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development of executive-level dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
• Support leadership with insights for performance, trends, and operational metrics.
• Translate complex findings into business-ready insights.
• Establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and metadata governance.
• Ensure consistent alignment of data across planning, ERP, and BI layers.
