Job summary

In this role, you will guide clients through meaningful business change by aligning leadership, employee engagement, and execution across diverse transformation initiatives.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and client teams to drive clarity, momentum, and sustainable outcomes, leveraging ADKAR and strong facilitation skills

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading change management projects.
• Experience applying ADKAR in engagements, including stakeholder mapping, resistance management, and change impact assessments.
• Experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders and adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in Peru.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change management projects across different industries.
• Design and implement comprehensive change strategies covering communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, and sustainment.
• Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
• Serve as a methodological reference for the practice, ensure methodological quality, and guide junior consultants in executing key projects.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions, and promote alignment between business strategy and execution.
• Support clients through technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes.
