Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change initiatives across ERP transformation and application programs. You will engage senior stakeholders, develop communication plans, and drive adoption and training to ensure successful delivery.

Remote work is supported, and you will partner with finance executives to align change outcomes with business goals and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs.
• Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities while providing updates and recommendations to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant Change Management experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience developing communication plans and training programs.
• Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ERP transformation programs.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience supporting technology, Finance, or enterprise business transformations.
• Background in continuous improvement and organizational capability development.
