Qualifications

• 8+ years of Change Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience developing communication plans and training programs.
• Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.
• Ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, app support, and ERP transformation.
• Assess readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change using structured frameworks.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs.
• Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization with updates to EVP/SVP Finance stakeholders.
