Auxis is seeking a Senior Associate, Change Enablement to drive standardized IT Change Management processes across the lifecycle, coordinating with infrastructure, applications, cloud, DevOps and SRE teams to balance risk and business needs.

The role requires meaningful experience in IT operations and ITSM, with strong stakeholder communication and a hands-on approach to approvals, scheduling, and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IS/Engineering/CS or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• 4-6+ years in IT Operations/ITSM/Change Management or related roles.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of standard, normal, and emergency changes.
• Ensure change records are complete, accurate, and compliant with data, risk, and approval standards.
• Facilitate change scheduling and collision detection to minimize service impact.
• Support emergency change execution with approvals, documentation, and post-implementation review.
• Prepare, manage, and facilitate CAB meetings and ad-hoc change reviews.
• Collaborate with change requesters, service owners, and technical teams to clarify scope and risks.
• Communicate change approvals, deferrals, and rejections clearly and timely.
• Execute Change Management workflows within ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Maintain change calendars, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Support audits and compliance reviews through proper evidence collection.
