Job summary

Prosci is a global change management firm seeking a seasoned consultant to lead transformative projects. You will shape strategies linking leadership alignment, employee engagement, and execution, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive clarity and momentum.

The role involves guiding change programs across industries, ensuring methodological quality, and coaching junior consultants while focusing on sustainable outcomes. Fluency in English and Peru work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience leading change management projects.
Proficient in ADKAR, stakeholder mapping, resistance management, and change impact assessments.
Experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders and tailoring change strategies.
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe Suite, and collaboration tools.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; eligible to work in Peru.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic change management projects across industries.
Design and implement change strategies covering communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, and sustainment.
Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
Serve as a methodological reference for the practice and guide junior consultants.
Identify risks, propose solutions, and align business strategy with execution.
Support clients through technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes.
