Qualifications

• Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in architectural design, facilities, space planning, construction, or similar projects.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D architectural design tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with construction planning, budgeting, and activity scheduling.
• Knowledge of WISP or capacity management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• General knowledge of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Space Planning: Optimize the use of our facilities and maintain accurate space allocation records.
• Capacity Management: Use WISP to monitor capacity, coordinate moves, and generate real-time reports and dashboards.
• Facilities & Projects: Support construction, space planning, facility projects, and budget management.
• Leasing: Support the management of lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, negotiations, and related documentation.
• Compliance & Safety: Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Contractor Management: Follow up on contractor performance and contribute to the proper execution of contractual obligations.
