Qualifications

• 2–4 years of billing experience
• Experience resolving PO spend issues and pricing errors
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to work autonomously and in a team
• Curious and process-improvement oriented

Responsibilities

• Onboard new contractor billing profiles and collect required documentation
• Send invoices on time according to customer requirements
• Submit invoices to clients to meet delivery expectations
• Manage daily invoicing in line with office policies
• Research and reconcile account issues to resolve root causes
• Provide updates on unbilled accounts and workload reporting
• Collaborate with Collections on customer issues
• Portal entry for invoicing (Ariba, Fieldglass, Coupa)
• Perform other duties as assigned
