Job summary

Capgemini Colombia seeks a detail-oriented bilingual Billing Analyst to join our finance operations team. You will manage invoicing processes, ensure billing accuracy, support client invoicing requirements, and communicate with internal stakeholders and customers.

The role requires 3–4 years in Billing or AR, advanced English (B2+), strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial operations.
• Experience managing client invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Coordinate with internal commercial teams to validate billing requirements and resolve invoicing-related issues.
• Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure invoices are delivered accurately and on time through client-preferred channels (email, portals, mail, etc.).
• Follow up on invoice rejections, discrepancies, and customer questions, providing effective resolutions.
• Maintain and update supplier and customer portal information for data accuracy and compliance.
• Review and apply customer billing guidelines to ensure invoice compliance and successful payment processing.
