Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Billing Analyst to join our finance operations team. This role will manage invoicing processes, ensure billing accuracy, support client invoicing requirements, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in Billing or Finance Operations, advanced English (B2+), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Billing, AR, Finance Operations, or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial operations.
• Experience managing client invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Coordinate with internal commercial teams to validate billing requirements and resolve invoicing-related issues.
• Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure invoices are delivered accurately and on time through client-preferred channels (email, portals, mail, etc.).
• Follow up on invoice rejections, discrepancies, and customer questions, providing effective and timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update supplier and customer portal information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Review and apply customer billing guidelines to ensure invoice compliance and successful payment processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.
• Support billing reconciliation and reporting activities as required.
