Job summary

Iron Mountain in Bogotá seeks an analytical Account Resolutions Associate to resolve customer disputes and unlock blocked payments, directly improving Accounts Receivable performance and Days Sales Outstanding. You will collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Operations to transform billing friction into clear solutions while maintaining financial accuracy and customer trust.

The role requires 1+ years in AR/Billing/Dispute Resolution/Customer Service or Collections, proficiency with SAP/Oracle and

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Dispute Resolution, Customer Service, or Collections.
Strong knowledge of billing workflows, financial controls, and dispute resolution processes.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve disputes: billing, pricing, service, and contractual inquiries in collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely case closure.
Validate and execute adjustments: review documentation to issue credits, rebills, adjustments, or dispute rejections within SLAs.
Partner with Collections: work with Collections Associates to prioritize high-value dispute cases blocking active payment collection.
Identify root causes: track recurring dispute drivers and share insights to optimize financial workflows.
