Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Account Resolutions Associate to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. You will help resolve customer disputes and unlock blocked payments, connecting Billing, Sales, and Operations to improve Accounts Receivable and Days Sales Outstanding.

The role requires 1+ years in AR/Billing/Dispute Resolution, English at C1, and experience with SAP or Oracle. We offer a hybrid work model, a 6-month fixed contract, competitive compensation, health and retirement plans,

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in AR, Billing, Dispute Resolution, Customer Service, or Collections.
Strong knowledge of billing workflows, financial controls, and dispute resolution processes.
C1 level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve disputes across billing, pricing, service, and contracts with internal teams.
Validate and execute adjustments: credits, rebills, adjustments, or dispute rejections within SLAs.
Partner with Collections to prioritize high-value disputes blocking payment.
Identify root causes and share insights to optimize financial workflows.
