Cloudstaff is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Bogota to manage the full AR cycle—from invoicing to collections. This role requires strong accuracy, proactive follow-ups, and collaboration with Sales, Operations and Client Service teams.

You will handle cash application, aging analyses, and AR reconciliations, supporting month-end close and financial reporting. Hybrid options may apply based on role requirements and office location.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Perform end-to-end billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices.
• Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices and investigate unapplied cash, short payments, and payment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on overdue balances through phone and email communications.
• Conduct collections activities and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
• Reconcile customer accounts and research billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payments, collections efforts, and account activity.
• Prepare aging reports, collection metrics, AR reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to resolve customer issues impacting payment.
• Support month-end close processes, audit requests, and financial reporting requirements.
