Jobtailor seeks an experienced client services and account management professional in Bogotá to manage assigned accounts and coordinate projects from planning through completion. You will serve as the primary contact between clients and the agency, execute strategies, solve problems, and develop strong relationships with clients and partner agencies.

You will also lead internal status meetings, write conference reports, analyze trends and statistics, and gather competitive data to inform smarter

Formación

• Ability to execute strategies, problem-solve, and develop solid business relationships.
• Ability to provide client service support.
• Ability to build relationships at appropriate client/vendor level.
• Ability to understand and act on client requests and needs.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the client's business.
• Ability to run internal status meetings and keep projects on track.
• Ability to write accurate conference reports.
• Understanding of key trends and statistics and ability to draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of competition and ability to gather competitive data and materials.
