Numerator is seeking an Account Executive in Bogota, Colombia to ensure delivery of services under client contracts, present results, and lead project briefings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and identify new opportunities to expand business with existing clients.

The role involves planning, risk assessment, and direct interaction with account leaders to drive revenue and client satisfaction while leveraging Kantar Worldpanel data insights.

Formación

• Deliver services under contracts with clients, providing analytics depth and insights.
• Prepare client presentations and help clients understand data for decision making.
• Lead project briefs, define scope, and manage expectations for deliverables and timelines.
• Structure proposals for out-of-scope work and present them to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual business planning and monitor implementation with manager.
• Forecast risks to client satisfaction and implement action plans.
• Lead or participate in internal projects and negotiate with other areas.
• Create customized solutions for clients, coordinating with other areas.
• Monitor sales goals monthly and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with account leaders and stakeholders.
• Support strategic company projects (MYWP, GCF, Insights).
• Update internal stakeholders list and responsibilities.
• Routine tasks: meet deadlines and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Use and maintain key tools: Timesheet, Kantar Connect, Renova, Worldpanel Online.
• Coordinate and mentor less-experienced team members for growth.
