WITHIN is a global Performance Branding agency seeking an Account Coordination professional in Bogotá. You will enable effective cross‑functional communication, prepare client updates, maintain deliverable documentation, and help QA and asset tracking to move projects through internal systems.

You’ll collaborate with the Account Management team and project managers to meet client requirements, maintain schedules, and support growth into an Account Manager role over time.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience with a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate internal communication between multiple stakeholders across disciplines.
• Facilitate external communication with clients—updates, presentations, status calls, etc.
• Monitor and report on client performance on a regular basis.
• Work closely with project managers to understand and communicate timelines to clients.
• Deliver internal reports and client business updates on a regular basis.
• Support Account Management team as needed.
