Formación

• 8+ years of Python development experience.
• Proven track record building production LLM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend AI features end to end.
• Build LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines over data.
• Hold evaluation and tracing coverage on AI behavior.
• Stay hands-on across development phases with Principal/Senior engineers.
• Unblock Senior engineers and surface blockers early.
