BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI-native applications within a modern full-stack framework, heavily augmented by AI tools. You will lead the development of autonomous agentic systems that perform complex tasks beyond simple prompts.

You will design production-grade AI workflows, integrate LLM capabilities, and collaborate with product teams to translate business goals into intelligent software. This is a 100% remote role with high compensation in USD.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in full-stack or AI engineering.
• Experience delivering AI-native applications and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in modern stacks like TypeScript or Python and production-grade LLM integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-augmented development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
