Job summary

Shareholder Services seeks a Senior Staff Accountant to ensure accuracy and integrity across US-based entities while supporting a fast-paced, multi-entity family office. You will prepare entries, perform reconciliations, and support period-end close processes.

You will manage AP/AR, assist with audits, and leverage AI tools to improve speed and accuracy. Strong GAAP knowledge, NetSuite/QuickBooks expertise, and advanced English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and reconciliations.
• Experience in multi-entity or high-volume environments (preferred).
• Prior experience with US-based or multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and/or QuickBooks.
• Advanced Excel and solid GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
