Job summary

ICBD Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our family office team in Medellín, on-site.

You will support US-based entities and ensure accuracy across multi-entity ledgers, driving precise month-end closes and audit preparation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in accounting with GAAP knowledge, and strong NetSuite/QuickBooks skills with advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and reconciliations.
• Experience in multi-entity or high-volume environments (preferred).
• Prior experience with US-based or multinational companies.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger transactions.
• Own account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned entities.
• Manage AP/AR transactions, cash reconciliations, and payroll validation.

At Shareholder Services, we're looking for a skilled Senior Staff Accountant who can ensure accuracy and integrity across our U.S.-based entities while supporting a fast-paced, multi-entity family office.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger transactions


• Own account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner


• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned entities


• Manage AP/AR transactions, cash reconciliations, and payroll validation

What we're looking for
