Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring general ledger accuracy.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Manage fixed asset accounting including additions, transfers, disposals and depreciation.
• Review and process CapEx additions per company policies and accounting requirements.
• Prepare monthly fixed asset and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze CapEx budgets vs. actuals and provide variance analysis.
• Analyze financial statements and investigate significant fluctuations.
• Ensure accounting records comply with U.S. GAAP and are complete.
• Support internal and external audit requests and documentation.

This role will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions, including month-end close activities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, account reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and capital expenditure tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset additions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
• Review and process capital expenditure (CapEx) additions in accordance with company policies and accounting requirements.
• Prepare monthly fixed asset and balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze CapEx budgets versus actual spending and provide variance analysis.
• Analyze financial statements and investigate significant fluctuations or variances.
• Ensure accounting records and responsible areas are complete and accurate in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support internal and external audit requests and assist with the documentation required during audit processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting issues.
• Support FP&A activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and actual spend analysis.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
