Shareholder Services is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to ensure accuracy across US-based entities and support a fast-paced, multi-entity family-office environment.

You will prepare journal entries, own reconciliations, and support month-end to year-end closes while collaborating with Finance, Payroll, and Operations. Advanced Excel, GAAP knowledge, and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and reconciliations.
• Experience in multi-entity or high-volume environments (preferred).
• Prior experience with US-based or multinational companies.
• Proficient in NetSuite and/or QuickBooks, and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger transactions
• Own account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned entities
• Manage AP/AR transactions, cash reconciliations, and payroll validation
• Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve speed and accuracy in accounting processes
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, and Operations
